Boxfit is a boxing gym based urning, cardio-vascular, strength, conditioning and toning exercise workout which teaches traditional boxing skills and fitness training techniques in a gym setting.

Boxfit suits men and women (over the age of 14) and is suitable for all fitness levels — from beginners to advanced. One-on-one/small group/corporate group training sessions are also available.
